My New baby Dolll

Hello all I havent posted in a while we have a new Great Grand baby girl last monday she was borned at about 1124 AM and she weighed 7lb and 8 oz and she was 21 in long .her name is Realyn Sylvia Reed. she is so beautiful and a little doll .....and if you know me or my family me and grandpa has had a baby in our family in 16 yrs so she will be really spoiled If granny has any thing to do with it ... thank you for dropping by .... until next time thanks ,,, MaryRedford

 

The Mountain Side

Here is a out side a mountain-side with a Cabin and a lot of wild life I  and made the back groundwhen I was playing withsome inks on a plate of glass  and the I was looking at it and decided to stamp in the trees and the train and all the wildlife and then the subs and the color was al ready there I love the way the deers look like they are going in to the forest. as the sun is going down with the wind blowing....thank you for dropping by my bog.

Journal Pages from A-Z B - Butterflies

Here is my journal page I made for my group we are doing a journal from A-Z and this is my B page and I love how it came out  the back ground is hand made it is a green and I took some paper towels they was kind of damped and I took them waded them up as if you was going to toss them out and dabbed the ink on this backl ground and let it dry m most of the butterflies here is from Stamping Up and the flowers was a punch I have from SU Also and the small printed words a friends gave them to me Thank you for dropping by my bog.  MaryRedford 2/13/13

 

playing with inks on glass

Here is a 5 x 7 piece of glossy I used to play with these colors on my glass plate , but I think the last time I did this I used Tim H. roll out work sheet and it worked better I think But I do like this color I got off of the glass .I chose these colors BC I love them both Red and yellow when I started stamping my daughter (Claudine ) told me mom dont for get yellow with the sun shine on your work I will always try and add some yellow to my work.as she was the one that had the work shop from Stamping up at her house I told her I will come but Iam not buying any thing ,That day I bough a pair of  wavy pair of cutting shears.that was in 1998.thank you for dropping by my bog  .         Mary Redford   2/12/13

 

Cherry Blossoms Card

Here is a cherry Blossom card I made 2 just a like  and the paper was pink &red and I hand coloreded all the blossoms some are a diffent color but still pink with a dark center and I love this stamp it is a big clear stamp and this is the first time useing it ,and the  the Asian writting I dont know what it mean I wishe I did
one day some will tell me what it means I hope but then If i knew I might not iuse it lol,,,,,,
I mailed them and I hope Sandra, and Rosemary will like them. Thank you for having me in your group.....

Blue Bird

Here is a bird my friend Terri R. draw for me she does a lot of great work I wished I could draw like this I love all kinds of birds and the love bird is so beautiful we have a lot of birds in our back yard, and LeRoy buys bird seed for them and I never seen so many in the winter time you walk out your door and they all fly away there might be all but 30  birds in my yard thank you for dropping by my blog, Have a great week end .  Mary   Redford
